My work with Logitech began as an ad-hoc design system project and developed into a 5-year retainer engagement. My team and I became fully immersed in the Logitech Brand. We became trusted advisors and partners, we became an extension of the client's team. Over the course of the partnership, we managed all creative for Logitech's US email marketing program. My team also designed holistic campaigns for Web, Social & Digital. In addition to Logitech, I worked with their portfolio of sub-brands including Astro, Logitech G, and Ultimate Ears.
We created a series of recurring newsletters utilizing a new Design System my team developed for Logitech. The campaigns balanced marketing and engagement content. Each email showcased a customer need along with product recommendations. That was complemented with WFH tips, creator and influencer features, UGC, and even community polls. These campaigns were highly successful – exceeding revenue and engagement goals. After the first quarter of newsletters, sales were up 75% compared to the prior year.
To pull off a complex, multi-faceted approach across the seven global brands, Logitech needed a strong foundation for the email program. My team was tapped to design a robust yet nimble Email Design System to serve as a cornerstone for the entire program.
Throughout the five-year partnership, my team was the agency of record executing Logitech’s email marketing. We also helped to drive the overall omnichannel art direction and strategy.
